breeze. the low cloud deck probably a little shallow but it's favoring areas near the coast. mainly the marin county coast. inland it's not much of a factor. the low which came by yesterday gives a lot of thunderstorm activity to the sierra and a little bit possible for minute vino county and -- mendocino county and lake county. so if you have travel plans up to tahoe, truckee, keep an eye on the sky. the low is far enough south it's wrapping back around. we're almost on the drier side of it. most of the energy is nevada, southern nevada and into the desert. 50s on your temps. a little breeze out. west, southwest at 16. 49 bodega bay. half-moon bay 53. they were 57. 55 and 52 on monday. so a colder water temps means really it's hard pressed to

4:52 am
tough day to get above the low 50s and 60s. fog will be with us and then we could get an offshore breeze. if that is the case it still remains to be seen. i don't think it will last long i think it will cool back down. >> even along the coast? >> even on the coast. >> all right thank you. 4:52 is the time. a teenage hero. coming up in 20 minutes the actions of a 16-year-old boy that helped capture a robbery suspect outside of an east bay south bay store. >> after the break the bells and whistles of this bay area ceremony and the reason it's getting nationwide attention.
